Number of people in a room
There is no limitation on the number of people who can join a room. However, it is likely that larger groups (i.e. in the hundreds of users) may start to experience degraded performance.
Number of people simultaneously using webcams and/or audio
The limit on the number of people simultaneously using webcams and/or audio is 10, and if your room has more than 50 users in total (active or inactive), webcams and audio will be disabled.
You can “clean up” your room’s list of users (i.e. remove old and inactive users to reduce the total number) by following the the instructions in the How-To guide.
Number of songs in a playlist
The limit on the number of items in a playlist is 1000.
Number of playlists
There is no limitation on the number of playlists you can create.
Number of songs which can be imported from an external playlist
This is a limitation which is encountered when you paste a direct link to an external playlist (e.g. on Youtube) into the search bar. The limit for the number of items retrieved in this way is 100.
