When I put a video on W2G I started it and it becomes to load but finally there are a problem that say “There was an error. Try again later”. I need help

Cuando pongo un video en W2G yo lo empiezo y comienza a cargar pero al final siempre sale un error que dice “Se produjo un error. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde” y la ID del video, necesito ayuda para solucionarlo.

I did, the incognito option did work for me, but now the question is, what do I have to do to make it work without going into incognito mode?

Did you try to delete your cookies and the browser cache? Ingognito mode means as well that all browser extensions are disabled. Please try to disable any installed extensions one by one and check if that changes something.
