Hey guys, since 2 days ago the autoplay feature is not working. Video playlist stops right after first video ends. It seems like there is a new player which is causing this. The bar previously was yellow and now its grey, thus why I could tell that there is a new player. Any work around this problem? Cheers

I would like to ‘show’ videos from my GoogleDrive. Is this possible using Watch2Gether?
GoogleDrive let’s me create a direct link to my mp4s. I set the file as “Anyone with the Link”, but I still cannot add the link to my playlist. Any help would be appreciated.

In order to be able to play a file directly you need an https link that ends with a file extension that can be played in a browser (mp4 for example). As far as i know it’s not possible to generate such a link from Google Drive. Instead you can host your content basically on any https enabled web space. (Please respect the copyright of any content you share).

Hi there. Watch2Gether does support direct https links to video files hosted on any web server. However, they have to be in a format that can be played directly in a browser. (mp4, webm, ogv, mpd, m3u8)

Hey ! I have a question so, when I want to watch a video with my boyfriend, I don’t have problems on my end but when he plays it the video keeps starting and pausing. How can I fix this?

Thanks for your feedback! Does it keep starting and pausing only on his side or do you experience this on your side as well? Would be good to know what kind of device / browser your boyfriend is using. Are you playing videos from Youtube?
