When I open a room or join a room, all the people in the room are showed as “offline”, including me, even though they are online. I can’t watch the videos or search videos, but somehow I can still see all the videos that the other people in the room put in the playlist… help?

Does this only happen in one specific room?
Did you try to delete all of your cookies and the browser cache. Does that help?
