We cant figure out whats wrong, reloading, rejoining, logging out and back in all dont fix it. This has been ongoing for a week now.

The device is a Samsung galaxy note 10, software version N970USQS7FUH7, and the browser is chrome! Also I deeply apologize for my belated reply!
The issue looks like some browser or hardware acceleration issue. Does it work when you try a different browser on that system (for example firefox)?
