Video lowest quality

seems like alot of people are saying this, fix the quality setting, it does absolutely nothing, why even add that if it does nothing? Make it to where we can change it ffs cant be that hard

Thanks for your feedback. Which browser are you using and what screen resolution do you have? Can you post a screenshot of the video quality?

I use Chrome and my res is 2560x1440
