The link for a certain friend doesn't work

Wanted to watch a video w/ some friends but one of them just couldn’t enter any link that we created

and when he created links we couldn’t enter it

the problem seems to be him but idk why and how to fix it

Thanks for your feedback! You mean he could not join the room? Did he see any error messages?

Yeah, it kept showing a message saying this watchtogether room doesn’t exist (both for him and for us when we tried to join his link)

Can you explain a bit more in detail? Are your friends using a phone or laptop computer?
