If there can be an option added to a room (or a playlist) which converts all the videos in it to mp3-only, this can make sharing music less bandwidth-consuming “which really matters for many people for different reasons”.

Thanks for your input. We have to comply with the rules of the platforms we are integrating content from. Unfortunately they do not allow us to separate audio from video.
