Hi there, so we uploaded a video last night onto YouTube and uploaded a SRT caption file with it. But when playing back on w2g the subtitle icon didn’t appear. Conscious that YouTube did change something about community contribution - hopefully that shouldn’t impact the caption on w2g though? Is there any particular setting we need to do for the caption icon to appear on w2g? Thank you!
There are different kind of subtitles available on YT… can you share the link to that video? Or send it as PM to me?
