Still doesn't work with Browser extension

A friend already downloaded the extension for watch2gether but it still doesn’t work after a reload. She even close the browser and open it again and it still says that she needs the extension. When she click on the link she only can remove the extension. She already install and uninstall the extension but it didn’t work.

Thanks for your feedback. Can you try to select some video from Youtube and then the one you wanted to watch with the browser extension again? Which browser is your friend using?
