HI! I sent out a link to a group of people and everyone was able to get in (to the best of my knowledge) except for 1 who said the link didn’t work. Any idea why that may be? We tried several times but we couldn’t get it to work.
Is it possible that they were using Internet Explorer ?
The links don’t seem to work in IE, which also seems to be broken for a lot of sites since MS announced that it wouldn’t be supported after August.

Yes, it could be a browser issue. Can you provide some more details on what “does not work mean”? How does the screen look like when the person tries to join?
