No confirmation link (no spam, yes for other w2g mails)

Hello, as I read here before - it’s a known issue.

I created multiple accounts over the years, I couldn’t log to any of them later, because confirmation mail never came. This is my new account and… still the same problem.

Yes, I’ve checked spam. Funfact: mail “[Watch2Gether] Your room ‘yourName’ has been saved” was able to reach my inbox, and it was marked as Spam.

Yes, I’ve clicked box on top of the website, and yes I’ve used Watch2Gether | Resend confirmation instructions manually as well.

What should I do next? I won’t be able to send you any information probably, because once I will be log out, I won’t be able to log back, because of no confirmation.

Any ideas what to do?

Is there an easy way to copy a known room that isn’t ours? So I can keep making ghost accounts, having copy of the same room on every account if I’d need to add a new video/music?

Or to export all links in the given room to a text file?

Thank you for your feedback! I’ve just tested the email confirmation and it came through not marked as SPAM on a normal gmail account. I assume your provider has pretty strict filter rules that are for triggered for some reason. Are you using an email client that has an additional spam filter built in?

You can send me an an email to florian@watch2gether.com and i can manually confirm your email tomorrow.
