Kicked out of rooms

I´ve had this problem for some months now.
When I am in a watch2gether room at first,
everything seems to work. But about the
fourth or fifth video, watch2gether kicks me out
of the room. I can´t get into any other room or even my own account.
For the next couple hours I am completely unable to use the service.
I can´t even log out of my account and create a new one.
I have resubscribed to the extension many a times and I have the problem with the App on Desktop as well. I´ve been using Watch2gether for years and hope to find an answer.

Thanks for your feedback. When this happens do you see any error messages? Can you post a screenshot of them? I‘d like to understand a bit better what kicked out of a room or can’t access my account means.
