First time using this tool, and I’ve noticed some issues, not sure if related to me, her, or the website in general?
I made a room, saved it and etc, customized it a bit colors and etc.
And some of the bugs that we noticed is:
Our camera either mine, or hers, will start toggling on/off, it doesn’t show for ourselves, only each other, I can see her camera flickering, but she can’t, but she sees mine flickering, but I can’t
Second issue is for some reason, the videos, keep getting stopped for her? I hit play, and then every 1s it stops, and it says she did it, we tried everything, and nothing worked?
She has a Samsung Flip Phone I think, and she even tried using the Web Browser, and neither worked well? I am using my Linux PC with Brave Browser.
Has anyone ever had this issue before?
Thanks a lot for your bug report. I assume this is related to the phone your GF is using. Can you get me the exact Model and maybe even Android version? Then i could try to reproduce it. If your GF has the chance to use it on a desktop / laptop as well, you will for sure get a much better experience.
Hey, sorry for delay, the issue might be her phone, but the camera flickering seems show on both sides, but only opposite, basically, I see her camera flickering, and mine is fine, but she sees my camera flickering, and hers fine.

Android versions she at the moment couldn’t really confirm it, but it’s probably Android 16 either One UI 8.0 or 8.5 (I’ll make sure try provide that information as soon as she’s available to check it)
I can try asking her to try on her Desktop, but possibly only tomorrow if lucky, or her next day-off, due to her schedules being tight
Thanks for the details - i will try to reproduce the issue on my end! Can you describe a bit more in detail what “flickering” means in this context?
The best way I can describe it is basically, when someone turns the camera on, sometimes, I don’t know what it causes it, the camera starts turning on/off, back and forth, but only visible to other people, not the person itself. The issue with playback, is kinda similar, back and forth pausing (funny enough, it only seems to pause, doesn’t seem to play/pause)
Thanks for the details. What happens if you open an ingognito tab of your browser and join the same room twice on your machine. Do you see the same issue with the webcam?
I joined a room with myself, one using normal browser, and one using incognito, turned camera on both accounts, and it played fine, no camera flickering? I’m not sure if it was a one time thing or what
It’s hard to say. It would be interesting to know if it works better when your girlfriend uses a desktop browser.
I’ll try provide that information whenever we get time (possibly this weekend, but can’t guarantee), does this tickets close on themselves? Or do they remain open? That way I can come back and update you?
