How To Ban/Kick Out Someone From A Room

Hi, I put on a virtual open mic where musicians provide me with a video submission and then people come to watch. I get over 100+ people turning up to watch. My fear is that someone will cause trouble and trash people’s performances in chat.

How do I kick that person out from chat AND ban them from entering future rooms I create?

Enter the room settings (icon top right), scroll down to the user list, use the toggle icon next to the user you would like to ban.

It seems that people can just open a new tab or vpn which bypasses the ban. Is there anyway to permaban?

You can enable “Members Only” in the moderation settings of the room. This way you have to approve every new user entering the room.
