I am new to Watch2Gether, but have been searching for a way to essentially setup a stream that will play on my website that anyone can join and watch the playing videos.
So I have 2 questions:
The first is, if I have videos in a playlist will those videos continue to play if I am not in the room?
Second, I am working on the embed part into my WordPress website, have the page setup, but it gives an error and says “Your browser is too old for Watch2Gether. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser.” I click on the link and it shows I am using the most up to date version of Chrome. I also went my About Chrome and it also shows I have the most recent version. I have closed the browser out with the same result, and have no problem when visiting the W2G website.
I had this problem and it was because my site was on http: and w2g is on https: if you get an ssl cert it should solve the problem…
Ahh, Thanks Chad. I have https but apparently that page was loading as http. That fixed that issue.
I am still hoping there is a way to have it auto play when anyone enters the room, not just when I am in it playing videos?
