Disconnecting at random

My buddies and I have been watch2gether for years and haven’t had very many issues, but within the past week or so, one friend and I will get randomly disconnected at the same time, and it takes about a minute for it to refresh. When this happens both of us have to reload, while another friend doesn’t get the error message and the video keeps playing for him

According to my friend it shows that I’ve left when I get the error refresh message

I also am disconnecting very frequently every time. Very frustrating.

When this happens, can you right click on the site and select „Inspect“ and send me a screenshot of the console output to florian@watch2gether.com - Thanks!

Mine seems to have fixed itself, it hasn’t happened in several days for me or my friend. If it happens again I’ll screenshot the console

I’m trying to share my console output screenshot of the error with you but it’s not delivering due to spam issues. I can’t post it on this thread either. Is there another way of sharing it? I’m getting this error every 30 seconds now. I’ve disabled all extensions, tried to switch browsers, and tried the app version too but ‘Error - you have been disconnected. Please refresh to reconnect’ keeps popping up and only for me, not for my friends. Please let me know how to fix this

Thanks for your feedback. May I ask which app version you have tried? Are you getting a notification that you email could not be delivered due to spam reasons?
