The closed captioning usually exclusive to certain Youtube videos (As in those that were transcribed and captioned) shows up. I’ve turned off the Caption option on Youtube, it still shows up on W2G. I’ve logged off of Youtube, and it STILL shows up. Is this a bug? And if so, can it be fixed?
Hi and thanks for reporting this. I have applied a fix. When you move your mouse over the video, you will now see controls to disable the subtitles. Hope that helps…
