Cant confirm email because of bug cant get in the account ? ??

i cant log in into my w2g account if i log in they say you need to confirm your email adress if i confirm it on my email they say email already taken i cant log i cant do anything . tried 1000 times this is my 2nd account here

I assume you checked your spam folders as well? Please write me an email to florian@watch2gether.com from the email account in question and we take it from there.
