Hello, I have a problem with the player, Youtube automatically translates many videos with an AI voice, but I want to watch them in the original sound. I can only do it if I switch to “native controller” and switch there. But everyone in the party has to do it. Is there another way?
You can go into the room settings and enable „native player controls“ then you should be able to control Youtube‘s audio settings. Does that help?
Yeah this helps, but it only helps for one VOD and the next can have the same problem again.
When you want to watch many VODs with your friends, it can be very annoying to change the settings (audio settings in the native controls) again and again.
I have “native controller” activated and the AI auto dub option disappeared since yesterday, in my case is useful because I have a friend that need this option available because he can’t understand English.
Thanks for getting in touch! Do you still see Youtube’s controls at all? (Like play, pause, …) It could be that the AI auto dub function is simply not available for a specific video or that Youtube has an issue and it’s temporarily disabled. There was no change from our side.
Yes I can see those options, in fact, the last couple of days we were able to see full list of control buttons when you push the gear option (settings button) and switching between AI dubs was working in your website until yesterday.
