Audience > 10 but will Mic & Webcam work if only a few turn it on?

We have an upcoming event where we expect around 20 to attend… however only 3 or 4 persons need to turn on their mics or webcams to speak.

Will mic and webcam work if only 3 or 4 turn it on?

I’m very sorry for my late reply. The cam system is disabled altogether with more than 10 users in the room. So unfortunately this won’t work.
