# The mic icon doesnt show or work

Hello me and my bf are using the site everyday for the past two years and now suddenly he cant use his mic  
I usually type and he talks but now his mic icon isnt even showing  
Meanwhile when i enabled my mic it worked  
Btw i use a phone and he uses a pc
