you should be able to lock people from changing the video
You can enable the “Moderation” feature. Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of a room that you have created. In the menu bar that opens up, select “Enable Moderation”. Now only you as owner of the room can change the video. All others can just watch and comment in the chat.
