I want to unbann my friend named "Muffin"

Hello Watch2Gether Team,

I want to ask if it is possible to unbann my Friend named “Muffin”. In the room “Musikraum” this is the meaning For Musikroom. I think i cant unbann him i try everything what I could, to be honest im the cause why he get banned from my room. So it will be pleasent when a supporter can unbann him.
