# I get kicked out of the room constantly when I stream

Hello! I’ve been using Watch for quite a while and I never had an issue, but since a month back I get kicked out when I stream, it’s not always, but often times it can happen from one to several times, I just see the loading symbol overlap the page and I have to reload it. I don’t know what it might be, by friend who I shared the the room never have the issue when she streams so I’m the only one affected. I hope I can get some help! thank you

Hi and thanks for your feedback! This is ussually caused by network issues. When this happens again, can you right click on the site and select “Inspect” - do you see any messages in the “Console” output?
