If you want to host content that you own, you have to make it available as https URL. So basically you need a webserver / web hosting or a cloud drive that allows https downloads. For basic usage any web hosting package with SSL encryption will do. Im not sure if Google Drive supports that. A search for “Google Drive video hosting” might help.
