# Can't see other person's camera

Recently I’ve been having this issue, where my partner and I can’t see each other during our W2G sessions. Everything is working and well when we chat via other services like Discord.
Please help?

We’re both using Edge and our Internet connection fluctuates in both of our areas. It has been a short while since we’ve tried using the cameras on W2G.

Have the same issues with the camera and the sound. I only see that he is in the room but the camera isnt on or the audio and then i have to reload the page until it works. I have to try it sometimes very often.

Can you let me know which browser both of you are using? Mobile or Desktop?
