# Can't change password

I tried to change my password on my other account, and it won’t go through at all. They send me a link but it won’t change it, it just stuck. And now my account is locked.

Thanks a lot for your bug report. Can you request a new link to change your password and try again? I made some updates to the system that should address this issue.
